Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
- In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the purchaser has a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise his/her right of withdrawal from the Vendor, without having to justify his/her reasons or pay any penalties, for the purpose of exchange or reimbursement.
- The purchaser shall inform the Vendor of his intention to withdraw, by e-mail, before the expiry of the 14-day period provided for in the previous paragraph, at the following address: contact@koon-cachemire.com
- The products concerned by the retraction must be returned by the purchaser, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following notification of his retraction, to the following address:

- If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period and under the conditions set out in the present article, only the price of the product(s) returned will be reimbursed by the seller; the cost of returning the product(s) will be borne by the customer.
- In accordance with article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized. This is notably the case for special orders, outside the options offered on the site (specific size, color change, etc.).
- The Seller will not reimburse additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard one proposed by the Site.
- However, we will only accept the exchange and refund of products if all the following conditions are met The following return conditions must be met:
The product must not have been worn, used, modified, washed or damaged.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete (packaging, accessories, etc.) and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- In the event that the return of the product by the purchaser is due to an error on the part of the Vendor, such as a product missing from the order or a product received that does not conform (subject to article 3 hereof) or a manufacturing defect in the product, we undertake to reimburse, in addition to the purchase price of the product, the shipping costs incurred by the purchaser for the return of the product to our Company.
The buyer must report the error by e-mail to contact@koon-cachemire.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Purchasers who have exercised their right of withdrawal under the conditions set out in this article will be reimbursed within 14 days of the date on which the Vendor becomes aware of the exercise of their right of withdrawal, under the conditions set out in paragraph 2 of this article. This refund period will be deferred, however, until the Seller has received the products returned by the Buyer.
- The Buyer is hereby informed and accepts that no reimbursement or exchange will be made to a Buyer who has not exercised his/her right of retraction in accordance with the conditions of the present article.
