– These general conditions of sale apply without restrictions or reservations to all sales concluded by the KOON Company, with non-professional buyers (hereinafter the «Customer» or «Buyer»), which place orders from the online store www.koon-kashmire.com (hereinafter “the Site”), as part of a distance selling system.
– Any order placed on the Site implies irrevocable adherence to these general conditions of sale, to the exclusion of any other document and/ or conditions. The client declares to have the capacity to conclude this contract that is to say to have the legal majority and not to be under guardianship or curatorship.

Article 3 : Products
– The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site www.koon-kashmire.com on the day of the consultation of the site by the Customer within the limit of available stocks. However, an error in the updating of stocks does not engage in any way the responsibility of the Company.
The Site does not sell second-hand, defective or substandard products. .
- We draw the Customer’s attention to the fact that the photographs illustrating our products may be slightly different from reality due to the settings of the Customer’s screen and lighting when shooting.
- In any case, the photos of presentation of the products offered in the electronic catalog of the Site are not contractual, and cannot engage the responsibility of the Seller towards the buyer.
Article 4 : Price
- The prices applicable to orders placed from the Site are those that appear on the Site at the time the order is placed.
– The prices shown are in euros, all French taxes included, excluding shipping costs. In the event of delivery of products outside the French territory, customs taxes and formalities are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated. The Customer then undertakes to check the import possibilities of the products ordered with regard to the territory of the country of delivery. For countries outside the European Union, delivery is based on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). The recipient will be obliged to pay all import or local taxes relating to his order.
Article 5 : Orders
- The buyer must identify himself by completing the order form proposed by the Site and follow the instructions given on the Site.
– After checking the content of his order, as well as the total cost of it (ordered products, shipping costs, optional options), and correcting any errors, the buyer will definitively confirm it. This confirmation shall constitute the conclusion of the contract.
– Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send the Buyer, by email, a receipt of his order containing a summary of the information written on the order form.
- The language available on the Site for the conclusion of the contract is French.
Article 6 : Payment Methods
- For the payment of the price of the products and the shipping costs, the buyer will follow the terms indicated in the order form.
– The buyer has the possibility to pay by payment card. Accepted payment cards are: CB, MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express.
– During payment, the bank asks the user for personal information in order to verify the identity of the cardholder and validate the transaction. The buyer must send his credit card number, depending on the type of the card, the expiry date of the latter and the cryptogram number (3-digit number on the back of the credit card).
– The buyer guarantees the seller, when validating his purchase order, that he is in a regular situation with respect to the issuer of the payment card.
The financial information will be transferred by means of a cryptographic protocol to STRIPE or other banks providing the services related to electronic remote payment, without third parties being able to access it under any circumstances.
Article 7 : Delivery
7.1 Generalities
– The site www.koon.kashmire.com delivers throughout the European Union and the rest of the world please consult the list of countries where we deliver our products. The product ordered is delivered to the address on the buyer’s purchase order. This address may differ from the billing address.
– Delivery in France is made, at the initiative of the buyer, by colissimo or courier only in Paris.
- International delivery is mandatory by colissimo, delivengo or dhl.
The delivery time depends on the delivery address and the delivery method selected by the customer.
– In case of damage, the buyer makes his reservations with precision and clarity on the delivery note, a duplicate of which is sent by the carrier to the seller. In this regard, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the content, conformity and condition of the product upon delivery. This verification is deemed to have been carried out when the buyer, or a person duly authorized by him, has signed the delivery note presented by the receiver by the carrier.
– Despite the care taken in the preparation of orders, it is possible that a product is missing in it, or that an error occurred during the preparation. If you notice such an error, please notify us by email at contact@koon-cachemire.com within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
7.2 Delivery
Availability and shipping time:
– The immediate availability of KOON products is guaranteed if the mention «Available» is indicated on the sales page of the product at the time of purchase. The shipping time of these products varies from 1 to 7 days from the date of the order. We strive to process your order as quickly as possible.
Article 8 : Right of withdrawal
– In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties for exchange or refund.
– The Buyer will inform the Seller of its intention to withdraw, by e-mail, before the expiry of the 14-day period provided for in the previous paragraph, at the following address: contact@koon-cachemire.com
– The products concerned by the withdrawal must be returned by the buyer, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal, to the following address:

– In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period and under the conditions provided for in this article, only the price of the returned product or products will be refunded by the seller; the return costs will be borne by the Customer, as well as STRIPE or PAYPAL commissions if the buyer has paid by STRIPE or PAYPAL, which he acknowledges and expressly accepts.
– In accordance with article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly customized. This is particularly the case for special orders, apart from the options offered on the site (specific size, color change, etc.)
– The Seller will not refund the additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method offered by the site.
- However, we will only accept exchange and refund of products if all of the following conditions are met:

– The buyer who has exercised his right of withdrawal under the conditions of this article will be refunded within 14 days from the date on which the Seller has become aware of the exercise of his right of withdrawal, under the conditions laid down in paragraph 2 of this Article. This refund period will however be deferred, as long as the Seller has not recovered the products returned by the Buyer.
– The Buyer is informed and agrees that no refund or exchange may be made for the benefit of the buyer who has not exercised his right of withdrawal under the conditions of this article.
